Changes galore round here this year.
Hugh has a new studio in the garden where he can paint undisturbed
and even stand up straight (up till now he has been hitting his
head on rafters in the attic...)
Work to turn the cottage into a disabled-friendly holiday destination
has been hampered by building regulations but we'll shout loudly
about it when it's ready for visitors.
Crossing Borders is a newly formed organisation encouraging the
creation of art and craftsmanship across the Borders and we are
pleased to be members. We'll hold an Open Studio during early
September to coincide with other arty events across the Borders.
Oh, and Ash? Opted out of motherhood and has adopted Midge, the
black labrador cross puppy, instead!
